About the Group
Translating objectives into practical frameworks
OBMspiration Group brings together Methodology Design; Programme Design, Delivery and Evaluation; and Sports Organisation and Club Setup Consulting with its platforms, GSP and AOS. We help institutions translate objectives into practical frameworks: defining how people participate, how teams deliver, who is responsible and how progress is evaluated.
Our work begins with understanding the organisation and its needs. We develop an agreed blueprint and the guidance and tools needed to apply it. Implementation support and advisory can be scoped around each commission.

How we work
Discover, Assess, Blueprint, Design, Implement, Evaluate
The same governed sequence applies to every commission.
-
01
Discover
Understand the organisation, people, current state, evidence, constraints and intended outcomes.
-
02
Assess
Diagnose the current state, identify gaps and establish what actually needs to change.
-
03
Blueprint
Define the future architecture, boundaries, key decisions and implementation direction before detailed build.
-
04
Design
Produce the detailed methodology, programme or organisation operating model and supporting tools.
-
05
Implement
Translate the approved design into owners, processes, systems, capability, pilots and rollout.
-
06
Evaluate
Measure adoption, quality, outcomes, limitations and what should improve next.
Evidence and governance
Claims trace to a source
Our systems are described by what they are designed to do. We do not present design maturity as evidence of operational deployment, adoption or customers.

“Vision begins with an idea. Progress comes from the systems we establish to turn that idea into action. Through OBMspiration Group, we have developed the methodologies, programmes and operating frameworks. Our focus now is on putting them to work, creating opportunities and delivering measurable results.”
