How we work

The same sequence, whichever service

Every commission runs through the governed six-step sequence, from first understanding to evaluation.

    Assess

    Diagnose the current state, identify gaps and establish what actually needs to change.

    Blueprint

    Define the future architecture, boundaries, key decisions and implementation direction before detailed build.

    Design

    Produce the detailed methodology, programme or organisation operating model and supporting tools.

    Implement

    Translate the approved design into owners, processes, systems, capability, pilots and rollout.

  6. 06

    Evaluate

    Measure adoption, quality, outcomes, limitations and what should improve next.

Implementation support, team training, pilot support and ongoing advisory are scoped separately. They are not included in a blueprint.
