How we work

A repeatable operating model, not a one-off engagement

Every commission runs through the same six steps. The interface is simple; the operating system behind it is deeper.

The execution model

Six steps, every commission

From first understanding of the organisation through to measuring what should improve next. The same sequence applies whichever service you commission.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the organisation, people, current state, evidence, constraints and intended outcomes.

  2. 02

    Assess

Diagnose the current state, identify gaps and establish what actually needs to change.

  3. 03

    Blueprint

Define the future architecture, boundaries, key decisions and implementation direction before detailed build.

  4. 04

    Design

Produce the detailed methodology, programme or organisation operating model and supporting tools.

  5. 05

    Implement

Translate the approved design into owners, processes, systems, capability, pilots and rollout.

  6. 06

    Evaluate

Measure adoption, quality, outcomes, limitations and what should improve next.

Start with the Blueprint

Architecture before implementation

Each service begins with a Blueprint. It defines the future architecture, boundaries and key decisions before detailed build begins — so implementation starts from an agreed design rather than an assumption.

  • Starting engagement

    Methodology Blueprint

Defines the methodology architecture before detailed method development.

    What it covers

Purpose · principles · users and context · assessment logic · decision logic · progression · governance · evidence · roadmap

  • Starting engagement

    Programme Blueprint

Defines how a programme should work before detailed programme build.

    What it covers

Need · target group · outcomes · theory of change · participant journey · delivery model · resources · risk · evaluation · roadmap

  • Starting engagement

    Organisation Blueprint

Defines how a sports organisation should be structured before detailed setup and implementation.

    What it covers

Governance · organisation structure · sporting architecture · academy and pathway · people · operations · facilities · technology · commercial architecture · launch roadmap

Governance and evidence

Claims trace to a source

  • Governed sources

Business and content truth comes from governed product and service documents. Missing authority is never replaced with an assumption.

  • Evidence over volume

We would rather show one accurate relationship or one real operating screen than ten unsupported claims.

  • Scoped responsibilities

Implementation support, team training, pilot support and ongoing advisory are scoped separately. They are not included in a Blueprint.

  • Evaluation built in

Every engagement ends by measuring adoption, quality, outcomes and limitations — and what should improve next.
